Developments at Thornaby FC's home ground included a scheme for a new main stand which would provide covered spectator seating for around 80 fans as well as a refurbishment of the existing clubhouse.

The improvements to the clubhouse have given the club a more fitting venue for club activities & hospitality. Proposals were also made for the relocation of Thornaby Juniors FC to a nearby site with numerous training pitches alongside a full size 4G pitch. This scheme also included new club facilities, dressing rooms for players & officials & covered spectator seating for around 75 fans.
