HA were approached by National League North Club Spennymoor Town to oversee the masterplanning & development of their ground.

This included careful site management for the refurbishment & conversion of existing terracing & the construction of additional turnstiles, plus attaining planning permission for refreshment kiosks, club shop, corporate hospitality areas & numerous fan refreshment & W.C zones.

A comprehensive site masterplan was developed in order to outline several key future phased developments which would see the club meet strict guidelines set by the League. This masterplan includes proposals for new covered stands incorporating hospitality areas & a dedicated clubhouse.
